上海兴康始于2003年，是一家染料、色浆及助剂产品的研发、生产及销售国家认证的高新技术企业，致力于为纺织及超纤合成革领域提供专业的染整用的环保染化料。下属上海兴而康化工有限公司是2022年成立的全新子公司，承接前上海兴康化工有限公司销售职能。
上海兴康创始人早期就职于上世纪全球知名染化料企业，接触到先进的产品技术和服务理念，并在中国市场首推毛活性CE染料，早期在国内倡导毛用活性替代传统媒介染料，同时上海兴康也是尼龙超纤合成革染色行业的开拓者，因此上海兴康技术开发一直秉承外企的风格，拥有自主研发能力，获得了11项技术专利及26个注册品牌。同时上海兴康也建立了自己的年产能2000吨的生产基地，把“技术创新，绿色发展”作为自己的核心竞争力，不断开发适用于绿色生产的高品质染化料，积极参与环保认证，近两年已经完成了ZDHC认证，25年上半年将完成蓝标Bluesign认证。“不断创新的染色专家、一 流的染化料供应商” 是全体兴康人的愿景。

Established in 2003, QTL(Shanghai） is a state-certified high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of dyes, color pastes and auxiliaries. We are dedicated to providing eco-friendly dyeing chemicals for textile and microfiber synthetic leather industries. In 2022, we founded our wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Xing'erkang Chemical Co., Ltd. to take over the sales operations of the former QTL(Shanghai） Chemical Co., Ltd.
Our founders previously worked at globally renowned dye and chemical companies in the last century, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and service philosophies. We pioneered the introduction of wool-reactive CE dyes in China, advocating the replacement of traditional mordant dyes with wool-reactive alternatives. As an industry pioneer in nylon-microfiber synthetic leather dyeing, we maintain multinational corporate standards in technical development, with independent R&D capabilities, 11 technology patents and 26 registered brands.
With our 2,000-ton annual capacity production base, we uphold "technological innovation and green development" as our core competitiveness. We continuously develop high-quality, eco-friendly dyes and have recently obtained ZDHC certification. ●2004: Developed Meilan series for microfiber dip-dyeing and Clausol series cost-effective wool-reactive dyes, replacing mordant dyes in worsted wool, cashmere and knitting yarn production
