上海兴康始于2003年，是一家染料、色浆及助剂产品的研发、生产及销售国家认证的高新技术企业，致力于为纺织及超纤合成革领域提供专业的染整用的环保染化料。下属上海兴而康化工有限公司是2022年成立的全新子公司，承接前上海兴康化工有限公司销售职能。
上海兴康创始人早期就职于上世纪全球知名染化料企业，接触到先进的产品技术和服务理念，并在中国市场推广毛用活性染料和尼龙活性染料，公司成立后在国内倡导经济型毛用活性染料替代传统媒介染料，同时上海兴康也是尼龙超纤合成革染色行业的开拓者，因此上海兴康技术开发一直秉承外企的风格，拥有自主研发能力，获得了14项技术专利及26个注册品牌。同时上海兴康也建立了自己的年产能2000吨的生产基地，把“技术创新，绿色发展”作为自己的核心竞争力，不断开发适用于绿色生产的高品质染化料，积极参与环保认证，已经完成了ZDHC认证，2025年完成蓝标Bluesign企业认证，有43个产品列入蓝标产品。“不断创新的染色专家、一 流的染化料供应商” 是全体兴康人的愿景。

Established in 2003, QTL(Shanghai） is a state-certified high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of dyes, color pastes and auxiliaries. We are dedicated to providing eco-friendly dyeing chemicals for textile and microfiber synthetic leather industries. In 2022, we founded our wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Xing'erkang Chemical Co., Ltd. to take over the sales operations of the former QTL(Shanghai） Chemical Co., Ltd.
Our founders previously worked at globally renowned dye and chemical companies in the last century, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and service philosophies. With our 2,000-ton annual capacity production base, we uphold "technological innovation and green development" as our core competitiveness.
